Inevitably, there is always a learning curve in the beginning because you’re effectively providing us with a crash course in everything you do, from your products or services to tone of voice and the latest happenings in your industry.

At RRM, we realise that the only way to truly understand the unique and dynamic journey our clients are on, is to put ourselves in their shoes. No matter the size, we make every effort to ensure that shoe fits!  

We follow industry article channels, we subscribe to newsletters, and then there’s the countless hours of research that we do for each of our clients.  

We strive to be the best but there’s one thing we cannot deny, we are not immediate experts on your company, clients or industry; you are. This is where communication is paramount and our discovery journey – as we like to call it – begins.  

In order to better understand you and your business, here are the ways that we get to know you better, so we can help your business and its branding stand out from the rest:  

Sit down one-on-one 

Learning about our clients is what we love! Each client is unique and brings a new dynamic and added value to our work. From day one, we’ll sit down with you and get to the nitty gritty over a coffee. Usually via a Zoom call or, where and when possible, in person. It’s at this point that we learn more about your business such as who you are, what makes you tick, your company’s history, your passion, and learn about how things are done.  

We’ll discuss what has worked well for you in the past and what hasn’t worked so well. We will look at how your content marketing can help you to achieve your business goals, as well as look at how your key messages can be presented in a more effective way. Then we’ll devise a marketing strategy that aligns with your business goals, together.  

Weekly check-ins and monthly reports 

Weekly check-in calls, emails or messages are typical at RRM. A catch-up call and email are where we learn the latest happenings in your business. You may have won an award or be wanting to push a certain product the following week, for example.  

Together, we will collaborate as a team to see what needs to be done in the short-term and plan for the longer-term. We’ll also look at analytics and other marketing considerations, and will send you a report each month, so you can keep a track of the value our marketing is adding to your business.  

Open feedback 

We encourage feedback in our working relationship. We are both on the journey together. This all helps to deepen our relationship with you and get to know you better.
